All products sold on rickvisualsz.com are digital. Once your download link has been sent, no refund, cancellation or exchange will be issued — no exceptions.

Why no refunds?

Under Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, art. 6:230p) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content when the consumer has explicitly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the waiver of their right of withdrawal at the time of purchase.

By completing your purchase on rickvisualsz.com, you confirm both conditions via the mandatory checkbox at checkout. This confirmation is included in your order confirmation email.

Exceptions

A resolution will only be offered in the following situations:

— Your download link was not received within 24 hours. Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at info@rickvisualsz.com and we will resend it immediately.

— The downloaded files are corrupt or technically defective and cannot be opened. Contact us within 14 days of purchase including your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide a working version free of charge.

In both cases the resolution will be redelivery of the product, not a financial refund.

Compatibility

The Premium Preset Pack Vol. 01 is compatible with Adobe Lightroom Classic and Lightroom Mobile, and works with RAW files from Sony, Canon and Nikon cameras. It is the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing. No refund will be issued on the grounds of incompatibility.

Unauthorised sharing

These presets are sold under a personal, non-transferable, single-user license. Redistribution, resale or sharing in any form is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under the Dutch Copyright Act (Auteurswet) and EU copyright law.
