Refund policy

1. About this policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through rickvisualsz.com. By completing a purchase on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms set out in this policy. This policy is governed by Dutch law and complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).

2. Nature of the product

The Premium Preset Pack Vol. 01 — and any other products sold through rickvisualsz.com — are digital products delivered via instant download. No physical product is shipped. Delivery takes place electronically, immediately after payment has been confirmed. A download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Because of the nature of digital content, it is technically impossible to "return" the product in the traditional sense. Once the files have been downloaded, they cannot be retrieved or deleted remotely.

3. Right of withdrawal

Under Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, art. 6:230p) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers purchasing online are generally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, also known as the cooling-off period.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not delivered on a physical carrier — such as downloads — when the following two conditions are both met:

  • The consumer has given explicit prior consent to begin delivery of the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, and
  • The consumer has explicitly acknowledged that they waive their right of withdrawal upon the start of delivery.

By completing your purchase on rickvisualsz.com, you actively confirm both conditions at checkout via a mandatory checkbox. This confirmation is also included in your order confirmation email as required by law.

The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to purchases made on this website. Once the download link has been issued, no refund, cancellation or exchange will be granted — no exceptions.

4. No refunds policy

All sales on rickvisualsz.com are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, exchanges or store credit for any purchase once the download link has been sent, regardless of:

  • Whether the files have been downloaded or not
  • A change of mind after purchase
  • The product not meeting personal expectations
  • Incompatibility with software versions not listed in the product description
  • Any other reason not covered under section 5 of this policy

We strongly encourage all customers to read the full product description, including the compatibility information, before completing their purchase. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please contact us at info@rickvisualsz.com and we will respond within 3 working days.

5. Exceptions — defective delivery

A resolution will only be offered in the following specific situations:

5.1 — Download link not received If you have not received your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, contact us at info@rickvisualsz.com within 14 days of your purchase date, and we will resend the link immediately.

5.2 — Technically defective files If the downloaded files are corrupt, incomplete or otherwise technically defective and cannot be opened, contact us at info@rickvisualsz.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide a working version of the files free of charge.

In these cases, the resolution will be redelivery of the product — not a financial refund, unless redelivery is not possible within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Compatibility

The Premium Preset Pack Vol. 01 is compatible with Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Lightroom Mobile, and works with RAW files from Sony, Canon and Nikon cameras. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify compatibility before purchasing. No refund will be issued on the grounds of incompatibility with software or hardware not listed above.

7. Unauthorised use and redistribution

This product is sold under a personal, non-transferable, single-user license. Redistribution, resale, sharing or any other form of unauthorised use of the purchased files is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Dutch Copyright Act (Auteurswet) and EU copyright law. rickvisualsz reserves the right to pursue legal action in such cases.

8. Your statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights under Dutch or EU consumer law beyond what is expressly permitted by law. For more information about your rights as a consumer, you may contact the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) at acm.nl.
